Our Clients Say
Simon and the team at Oxygen therapy Cambridge were amazing. They make no claims and run a very professional service. I had been suffering from the symptoms of long covid (lack of energy, aching muscles, dizziness, racing heart and shortness of breath.) for several months. My GP seemed uninterested.
I am a very keen cyclist and was still able to ride my bike but at nothing like my normal level and it often felt like riding through treacle.
Having read about the benefits of hyperbaric oxygen I looked online and was amazed to find Simon and his team just up the road from me. I guess I was lucky but after about 10 sessions I began to feel really well again which enabled me to train and successfully complete a long planned ride to Nice in the south of France from Saffron Walden.

It’s great to see Simon and Andy have set up the centre in Cambridge. The treatments can help speed up the recovery time for soft tissue injuries. It certainly worked for me!

I highly recommend HBOT and the benefits of this treatment. It has helped me with my back and knees and I’ve noticed I’m more mobile and enjoy activities again. I would like to thank the team who runs this marvelous facility and who helped me through a difficult time, many thanks.

Oxygen Therapy Cambridge is a well organized centre that I’ve used often to help control my MS symptoms. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
To have something to help you gain the upper hand is worthwhile. It’s certainly worth trying, especially now the new screen is available – watching swimming fish through the porthole is quite entrancing!’

The best thing I ever did for my Fibromyalgia
I had less fatigue after four treatments in one week; by my 12th treatment no fatigue and very little pain, hardly any brain fog – my family are amazed at the difference in me. I felt like I had my life back! I will have Hyperbaric treatments for the rest of my life now. It’s great to finally find something that works -and my skin is great!

I started having hyperbaric treatments at Oxygen Therapy Cambridge for various symptoms of long covid, shortness of breath, extreme exhaustion, heart palpitations, pains in joints, swelling of the lower legs, feet, and particularly the ankles, and what can only be described as “brain fog”
but unlike anything I have known to the point of forgetting the names of everyday items often resorting to pointing and calling objects ‘that thing’
After even just the 1st session in the chamber, my breathing had improved tenfold, and the swellings in my feet, legs, and ankles also receded that very evening.
Subsequent treatments have left me energised feeling a lot more like my old ‘before Corona’ days; my mind was sharper after the 3rd or 4th treatment.
The joint pain is gone completely – after months of painful movements I am now once again able to walk my dogs with pleasure instead of taking each step painfuI cannot thank you guys enough for your professional, helpful and caring approach to this treatment also for taking the time to tell me how everything works and for explaining the inner workings of the chamber to put my mind at rest.I would absolutely recommend people try this treatment as an aid to help their recovery

I looked at trials and research for anything I could do for my Long Covid – I found some research on HBOT and found Oxygen Therapy Cambridge. I did five sessions a week for two weeks – after those sessions my fatigue was 70-80% better – a huge difference. It meant I could go back to work and do stuff around the house again. I plan to do a session every couple of weeks to keep the benefits going. It definitely worked for me – give it a go!

I’d been suffering from Long Covid and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since October 2020. I was previously running a successful PT business and taking part in Mixed Martial Arts and fitness competitions. It’s been a bad two years mentally and physically – I’d taken supplements and tried other therapies to get over the condition. Then Oxygen Therapy Cambridge was recommended to me
I started trying a dozen sessions – I felt good but still had energy dips. Then at about 20-25 sessions I started to turn a corner – I found I could exercise more, had less flare ups and could get back to my business. I’d say I’m 80-90% back to normal and hope to improve my wellbeing even more.
I can’t thank Oxygen Therapy Cambridge enough for their support and helping me get my life back. Definitely give hyperbaric oxygen a try!

I would like to give a shout out to Simon and The Oxygen Therapy team in Cambridge. For many years I have suffered from severe migraines that could put me out for days with sickness and blinding headaches. I have spent up to 5 days laying on a bed in a darkened room with vomiting and hardly being able to drink or move due to migraines. These could last from 2 to 5 days, and at one point the migraines were coming on weekly which was impacting my life.
Finally, I decided to give Oxygen Therapy a try and have been amazed at how much it has helped. I only get the occasional migraine now, they are nowhere near as bad as they were and I can normally still function, whereas before I would be knocked out for days. At one point I used to get them weekly and now I have only had two in the last year. Please if you suffer from migraines or any other illness, I highly recommend Oxygen Therapy, which Simon has mad affordable for the average person. Check out how much it has helped other people with different ailments and how it can help with other illnesses as well.

My name is Jemima, I am 38 years old, and I live at home with my partner. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in October 2022. Since my diagnosis I have been struggling with anxiety, depression, and lack of confidence. I was gifted oxygen chamber treatments at Oxygen Therapy Cambridge, via the charity STLFT. I felt content with more energy and very supported after receiving the treatment. This has given me a boost to keep going and be strong. I am so grateful for your help, support, and patience. You went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. I really appreciate the effort made in explaining everything to me. Thank you so so much!

I started HBOT at the beginning of January 2024. Two years ago I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism as well as Post Epstein Barr Viral Fatigue, both of which have similar symptoms comprising of very low energy, low mood/depression, brain fog, lack of focus, muscle & joint aches and pains to name just a few. I had been trying to manage the symptoms and work full time but at the end of November 2023 I had to be signed off work sick to rest as my symptoms had become unmanageable
My Harley St doctor had recommended HBOT so when I found “Oxygen Therapy Cambridge” I went along to give it a go. After the first couple of sessions, I started to feel more alert, less brain fog and an improvement in my energy levels allowing me to return to work mid-January. After several weeks attending HBOT twice a week I have seen a massive improvement in all my symptoms as well as improved sleep quality and an added bonus is that my skin looks amazing! I still have days when my energy levels dip if I overdo it but overall, I feel like I am not just existing anymore but actually enjoying life again. I want to thank Simon and the team who all are beyond helpful, friendly and informative.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2023 and prescribed all available treatments, including 16 sessions of chemotherapy and 15 radiation. My anxiety, energy and lack of focus were out of this world and after
my research (and upon approval from my Oncologist), I discovered “Oxygen Therapy Cambridge”.
Initially, I was gifted the oxygen chamber treatments at Oxygen Therapy Cambridge, via the charity STLFT. However, I continued through my 16 sessions of Chemo because it gave me more energy, i was breathing better
and had clarity.
Simon and his team were always there for me, and I am so grateful for their help, support, and patience. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend both the treatment and the actual facility.
Thank you for your support at the most difficult time for me!

5/5 stars!
One of the best decisions I’ve ever made regarding my health. I’ve had several blood tests done in the past with very consistent results of mild microcytic anemia. I’ve always struggled with feeling fatigued all the time. HBOT significantly helped and it shows with my recent blood test results showing within normal limits.

My name is Robert Anderson, I am 65 years old at the end of this month and I have had MS since 1979, Wednesday October the 17th 1979 to be exact, so 45 years.
It started with my bladder, I could not pass water, then on the Saturday night I was paralysed from just under my rib cage to my feet. I was 20 years old and getting married in March 1980,
I thought my life was over but with the aid and understanding of the consultants, doctors, nurses and a fantastic physio team, I was in a wheelchair at Christmas, walking with crutches at new year and I donned my Kilt and walked down the aisle unaided to get married.
Fast forward 3 years and I was invited by my consultant to try Oxygen Therapy, which was being run by ARMS, Action into Research for Multiple Sclerosis. It was at that time a 20 week intensive course trying it at various pressures to see what suited you. I worked for British Rail at the time and my bosses were fantastic. The chamber then and the masks were not as sophisticated as they are now, you felt as if you were in an old Lancaster Bomber with the mask on.
But I found that it helped me immensely, I had more energy, my breathing improved and my joints didn’t ache as much. I carried on going once a week for 6 years, then I was offered a position away from Edinburgh so I couldn’t attend. I carried on working until 2018, when I had to give up due to not being able to get around the factory without the aid of a disabled scooter, and in the food industry not a good look. I knew early on after doing some research back in 1980 that I would have to start looking at management positions in the future. So from electrician to a maintenance engineer on the railway to an engineering manager in the food industry I did no bad.
So to the present, I had a fortuitous meeting with a lady collecting on behalf of the MS society in Letchworth and got back into Oxygen Therapy where I attended up until the Pandemic. This got me back on my feet and re-energised me. After the lay off for the pandemic I asked a friend if he knew of another chamber and he gave me Simon’s number so I contacted Simon and it has been brilliant, the help, advice, the pure professionalism from Simon and his team are amazing. Meeting new people along the way with different ailments and how it helps them is great, a sense of community really.
I now have COPD along with the MS so I get the benefits on both counts. Oxygenating my lungs and in turn my blood gives me energy I didn’t have before and helps with my breathing problems.
I find a great benefit from my sessions, but it’s not for everyone, but everyone should give it a go, what have you got to lose, if it helps fantastic. That and pure bloody mindlessness kept me working for 38 years and now it’s helping me be as independent as I can be as it progresses.
I hope the view into what I’ve endured helps some.
